We understand that travel plans may change — which is why we offer flexible booking and cancellation policies to give you peace of mind when reserving your stay at Villa Marina Suites.


Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will incur a charge equal to one night’s rate from the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Promotional Bookings

Some promotional or discounted rates may be labeled as non-refundable. These bookings are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation.


COVID-19 & Emergency Flexibility

We offer full flexibility for rescheduling or cancelling in the event of:

  • Flight cancellations

  • Government-imposed travel restrictions

  • Positive COVID-19 test result (documentation required)

If your travel is impacted, we will assist with:

  • Free rebooking to a future date (within 12 months)

  • Credit toward a future stay

  • Or a full refund if rebooking isn’t possible

  • Your full name

  • Reservation number

  • Check-in date


Refund Timeline

Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Group & Corporate Stays

For group bookings of 3 suites or more, separate terms may apply. Please contact our concierge for a custom group cancellation agreement.
